Elaine is a facilitator, guide, and bodyworker rooted in the practices of Shamanism, Tantra, and Somatic Sexology. Her lifelong journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity about awareness, purpose, love, sexuality, spirituality, health, and the human experience. With a foundation in meditation and soul wisdom, her path explores both the physical and emotional landscapes of being alive.
Life—and especially family—has been her greatest teacher, presenting moments of deep love, profound loss, illness, joy, and transformation. These experiences pushed her to question the nature of fear, success, and personal truth, leading her to explore what it means to live fully and authentically.
In 2010, a profound experience of grief became a turning point. It awakened a new calling and set her on the path of becoming a group facilitator, coach, educator, and energy and bodyworker. Since then, Elaine has been guiding others through transformative journeys in the realms of healing, embodiment, and consciousness.
