Freya’s path began in the sacred thresholds of birth and womanhood, where she witnessed again and again the immense power and vulnerability of the feminine body. But something felt missing—too clinical, too controlled. It sparked a deeper calling: to guide women back to the wild, the instinctual, the deeply pleasurable.

Burned out and disillusioned, she left the conventional path to immerse herself in the ancient feminine mysteries—studying sacred sexuality, tantra, Taoist alchemy, and priestess wisdom across the globe.

From Morocco to Mexico, Bali to the British Isles, Freya has worked with hundreds of women to help them reclaim what was once shamed or silenced: their sensuality, their erotic truth, their unapologetic power. She is especially passionate about supporting mothers to reconnect with their erotic essence and rediscover themselves as lovers, not just caregivers.

Blending years of experience in birth work, feminine embodiment, and temple arts, Freya weaves Celtic rites of passage with Eastern traditions and archetypal feminine wisdom to create truly transformative spaces.

Now based in the Cotswolds, she mentors & hosts immersive retreats, rituals, and trainings for women around the world.
