Gayla Farokh is an Entrepreneur, Mindfulness Mentor, Certified Life Coach, Tantra Teacher, Reiki Master, and devoted Meditator, deeply committed to the art of inner transformation.
Her journey into the world of consciousness deepened in 2016, when she traveled to India to study at Osho's Mystic Rose, a powerful three-week meditative therapy where she first experienced the profound teachings of Tantra. This awakening marked a turning point in her life and became the foundation for her path as a spiritual guide.
Gayla later expanded her Tantric wisdom through the Tao Tantra Arts certification program in Costa Rica in 2021, where she immersed herself in ancient practices that integrate energy, embodiment, and conscious intimacy.
She is a Certified Life Coach (RMT, 2019), a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a facilitator of healing experiences rooted in mindfulness and sacred presence. Blending her entrepreneurial vision with her soul’s purpose, Gayla founded Gayla Hair Designs, a salon that bridges outer beauty with inner well-being, and Inner Self Beauty, a mindful platform offering transformational courses, energy work, and conscious community.
Gayla’s mission is to live—and teach—life as meditation: rooted in presence, love, and soul alignment. She continues to hold space as both an entrepreneur and spiritual guide, empowering others to heal, awaken, and thrive on their unique paths of transformation.
