I struggle to fit into one niche… I am so passionate about variety of wisdoms and teachings, I love to weave them all as an holistic approach of experiencing life deeper and supporting woman.

This beautiful evolving path we call life has led me to unravel the layers of conditioning from the East & West, kiss the darkest night of the soul, embrace my inner child who felt unseen and unloved and finding belonging internally.

Over the last few years I’ve been drawn to the lineage of Tantric & Taoists Arts, which offers permission to the topics that are (still) a deep taboo in society. They have held the most powerful and potent tools to feel free from limiting beliefs, liberated from shame, guilt & fear and deeply connected to our true selves!

The freedom we feel in our bodies, free from the monkey minds that this world continually stimulates, wires and measures success by, the feminine work of embodiment is the key to being more present then ever before.
