Through deep body-based exploration, you’ll meet the places where the small self still lingers, still clutches, still hides — and you’ll be guided to expand beyond her, claiming the vast, powerful field that has always been yours.

This is an activation of embodiment: through somatic practice, visualization, and conscious adornment, you will begin to wear and live your expanded self.
